I'm making a baby blanket for Rebecca's new baby boy. It's going to be a rag quilt, and I'm going to use these fabrics, plus a light green chenille stripe that isn't shown here. I'm going to cut the squares tomorrow and then try to put it together Friday or Saturday so I can rag the quilt before Monday. I hope it turns out nicely! She asked for blue, green and yellow, but when I was looking for a "special" print in baby flannel, the monsters really spoke to me, so I ended up using that as my starting point and ended up with a lot of greens, especially since I already have the chenille (thanks Pamela!) and the kelly green dot minky was on sale.
