When Paul came to Tallahassee last year and visited with us, he introduced Charlotte to Boowa and Kwala. Their website has been her favorite place to visit on the internet ever since. There is always some craft featured, and right before we left Tallahassee we made this Kwala balloon. She informed me that she'd like to make a Boowa balloon too, so we're going to look for some blue balloons today and experiment with it!
